It’s the day we all wait for, getting that diploma.  The principal or superintendent is finally waiting on that stage to give you your certificate to adulthood.  Ah, the smell of freedom.  College is just around the corner.  All the friends that you came so close to over the past years only become a memory.

For only a small monthly fee, you can find yourself back in touch with that friend you haven’t seen in years.  High school reunions are becoming less vital to keeping you up on all the latest with your graduating class.  Don’t wait ten years to talk to an old buddy from gym class, email them right now.  Classmates.com instantly puts you in touch with all who list their current information.  You can post what you do for a living, whether or not you have met that special someone and tied the knot, or if you still live in the immediate area. 

I took advantage of this service when I wasn’t able to get in touch with a high school buddy.  Low and behold, he was also listed on classmates.com and a reunion was made.  It was well worth the small fee.  We were back to shooting pool and having a friendly drink to catch up on old times. 

Let’s face it; it is almost impossible to keep in touch with the friends of our high school days.  It the real world, we all have our own lives, which typically result in going our own ways.  College educations, followed by careers and marriages usually lead us down another path.
